Refunds and Returns

At MonicaFaye, LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products and services, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.

Books

• Physical Books – Refund requests for physical books are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the book must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in the original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned book is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Digital Books – Due to the instant and irrevocable access to digital content, all sales of digital books are final and non-refundable.

Consulting Services

• No Refunds – Fees for consulting services, including digital marketing services, are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of management. This will be subject to review, provided that it does not breach any signed contracts.
• Cancellation Policy – Consulting services must be canceled according to the terms outlined in the signed contract. Any breach of contract terms may result in forfeiture of any eligible refunds.
